The Russells Building Student Training Programme is open for applications for the 2021 intake.
The award-winning scheme is open to young people and career changers looking for a future working as a construction professional.
Combining on-the-job in-house training with a fully-funded five-year degree at the University of Salford, places on the Building Student Programme are highly sought after.
Those who complete the programme are offered a full time position with the company working as a site engineer, site or project manager, quantity surveyor or estimator.
Trainees benefit from working on live projects, including some of the largest, most high profile and exciting construction sites in the North West such as Oxygen Towers and the NOMA regeneration.
