Russell WBHO is continuing its work with Village Hotel Club after being appointed to deliver a new 67-bedroom extension at Village Hotel Warrington.
The project will see a new three-storey extension constructed at the hotel’s Centre Park Square site, providing 67 additional bedrooms. Designed to complement the existing hotel, the new building will feature traditional brickwork and connect to the main hotel through a remodelled existing tower.
The 14-month project will be delivered while the hotel remains fully operational, with careful planning and coordination required throughout the works to minimise disruption to guests and hotel operations.
Marking our fifth project with Village Hotel Club, this follows a number of successful schemes across its UK portfolio. Most recently, we were appointed to deliver a four-storey, 48-bedroom extension at Village Hotel Farnborough, with completion expected in Spring 2027.
Our work with Village also includes the recently completed expansion and recladding project at Village Hotel Ashton, alongside ongoing recladding and improvement works at Village Hotel Solihull and Leeds South.
