Russell WBHO has continued its longstanding relationship with Village Hotels through its latest project in Warrington. Building on experience gained across previous Village Hotel schemes, the project will see our team deliver the works while the existing hotel continues to operate throughout.

The new extension at Centre Park Square will be constructed in traditional brickwork to complement the architecture of the existing hotel and will connect to the main building via a remodelled existing tower.

The project is scheduled to take 14 months, with the hotel remaining fully operational throughout the works. This follows Russell WBHO’s recent appointment at Village Hotel Farnborough, alongside ongoing expansion projects at Village Hotel Solihull and Leeds South.
