The Challenge

The project comprised of the construction of a new glazed drum to form a new entrance atrium to the three existing buildings together with associated external works, utility services and drainage.

New Build connecting into 3Nr existing buildings.

Internal link bridges connect the upper meeting room floors to the existing buildings.

Externally a new one way site entrance was formed, along with additional car parking and improved lighting and security.

Special interest / challenge: The new building was constructed while tenants occupied the existing buildings. The new build drum required the part removal of the existing façade, curtain walling and slate roof in order to connect the newly formed structure and provide a water tight atrium.
