The Challenge

To extent the existing ground and first floor office accommodation to create a net total of 14,941sq/ft of quality Grade A office space. The new extension will create a new striking frontage to Charlotte Street and provide a greater street presence.

St James Court, Manchester

St James Tower

Extension to 2 lower levels of a 16 story building, while floors 2 to 16 remain live during the construction. Ground floor will be 50% retail premises, with remaining 50% of ground floor and 100% of first floor being category A fit out of Regus office space
