"Russell WBHO employs a ‘one-team’ collaborative approach, bringing together in-house expertise, sub-contractors, suppliers, partner professionals, our clients and their representatives to deliver consistently successful projects."
The Challenge
Core, formerly known as 30 Brown Street, the six-storey, 46,000 sq ft office block, has undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment, stripping it right back to shell before installing state-of-the-art services and a sleek new interior finish, encased in a smart glazed envelope.
The Core
The Core
The scope of work briefly comprises the removal of the existing brick cladding and mansard roof, reconfiguring the core arrangement, installing a new 4th and 5th floor with a plant room on top, and new glazing throughout, including the atrium.
The offices will be serviced with a new reception, refurbished passenger lifts, new toilet facilities, refurbished circulation areas and the provision of new mechanical and electrical installations.
