The Challenge

Luxury beachside development of twelve high specification properties on a linear, one acre site.

Waterfront

Comprising three four storey townhouses and nine three-bedroom apartments, The Waterfront was 80 per cent sold off plan.

Designed to maximise the views for all properties, the townhouses were located behind the apartments and reorientated internally with bedrooms on the lowerfloors and living areas above, and involved installation of large glazed panels on the seaward elevation. The exterior was finished in white render and Welsh slate in homage to the local vernacular.
