The Challenge

Social Housing – Construction of 16 two and three bedroom family homes for the Northern Counties Housing Association, now Guinness Northern Counties, at Canal Street in Heywood, Greater Manchester.

Russell WBHO was responsible for sourcing the land, demolition of the existing buildings, remediation and site clearance.

External landscaping and road infrastructure works were also undertaken by the Russell WBHO team.
