Comprehensive refurbishment of the 19th century Bow Chambers for developer Patrick Properties to create 16,500 sq. ft. of Grade A office space with smart communal areas and rooftop terrace. Existing retail tenants of the ground floor remained throughout the project.

Situated in the heart of Manchester city centre, within the Albert Square conservation area, the sensitive refurbishment involved retaining heritage features such as marble tiling and wood panelling and combining it with a contemporary aesthetic to a modern and functional space.
Russell WBHO installed new curtain walling to form the entrance in line with listed building requirements, created and installed the new glass-walled lift, undertook masonry and roof repairs and cleaning of the external stonework.
