The Challenge

New build construction of 79 homes, 62 apartments and 17 townhouses as part of the mixed use Radclyffe Park regeneration for developer LPC Living. Russell WBHO had responsibility for design coordination and appointed architect FCH to the scheme.

Timber frame construction was selected for construction speed and sustainability.

Internally, properties feature fitted kitchens with A+ rated appliances, Villeroy & Boch bathrooms, and were finished with a neutral pallet of white walls. Each has a private outside space with wither a roof terrace or balcony.
