Facts

Basement level spa and health facility with a type 3 basement being delivered containing 2 separate systems/lines of defence for waterproofing under tower 1. (waterproof concrete and secondary membrane taking system also used.)

Specwall partitioning system, imported from Middle east used for the health suite/spa area. This is one of the first projects this system has been used on within the UK.

Particularly Large bespoke size balcony doors were provided to all balcony apartments. This included having these bespoke nonstandard size doors specially developed and tested at an offsite testing facility to CWCT standards prior to them being installed.

Piling to basement foundation in-situ concrete to first floor transfer deck with both pre-cast concrete and in-situ concrete above this level

Pre-cast concrete panel elevations constructed and pre-glazed off site
