Basement level pool and spa and health facility with a type 3 basement being delivered containing 2 separate systems/lines of defence for waterproofing under tower 1. (waterproof concrete and secondary membrane taking system also used.)
Particularly Large bespoke size balcony doors were provided to all balcony apartments. This included having these bespoke nonstandard size doors specially developed and tested at an offsite testing facility to CWCT standards prior to them being installed.
