The Challenge

Construction of 50,500 sq ft Morrisons super store in Ordsall for regeneration developer LPC Living, plus 10 non-food retail units. Russell WBHO also delivered a two storey, 357-space car park as part of the programme.

Morrisons, Ordsall

The supermarket and car park were just two elements of the wider £50million Radclyffe Park regeneration scheme, bringing new homes, businesses and community facilities to the area. Russell WBHO also constructed 79 new homes as part of the project.

62 No timber frame apartments and 17 No timber frame townhouses
2-storey car parking with 359 bays
