The Challenge

An eye-catching Arts and Crafts inspired complex in the heart of one of South Manchester’s most sought after suburbs, these five luxury apartments [average 1,500 sq. ft. ] were snapped up by downsizers and retirees wanting to remain in the area.

The newbuild project of 5 high specification apartments involved excavation of a basement car park and installation of automated security gates.

The development was nominated for Manchester Evening News ‘Best Apartment of the Year Awards 2008’.
