The Challenge
The site was a logistical challenge with the existing tenants remaining in occupation and access to the main shopping centre running through the site.
Ellesmere Shopping Center
Ellesmere Shopping Centre Phase III
Construction of 15 No retail units, combined area of 91,500 sq ft, with new 460 space elevated car park with access road constructed over a fishing lake.
The project included challenging civil works with the construction and formation of a concrete deck over an existing fishing lake to accommodate the additional car park area.
A new contiguous wall was also formed adjacent to the existing highway to create additional retail and service yard area.
