Formerly known as the Baildon Business Park, the Sapper Jordan Rossi Park is a £9.6M development of 150,000 sq ft of new industrial space across a 15-acre site on Otley Road.
The seven new acquisitions will see a number of businesses relocate to the park, and one current occupier expand into additional premises, and demonstrates the demand for new-build facilities remains high.
Description of Works:
Complete estate infrastructure including cut and fill and lime stabilisation of the whole site along with construction of a new estate road, drainage and incoming utilities to service the whole of the site. The first phase of works comprised the construction of 57,000 sq ft of attractively clad business units including fully fitted office complete with air conditioning over two floors along with adjacent manufacturing/production spaces. The units achieved BREEAM very good.
