The Challenge

Construction of 100,000 sq. ft. facility for MAN ERF to create one of Europe’s largest commercial vehicle dealerships. The building comprises 20,000 sq. ft. of office space, 22 loading bays and a vast sales area and servicing department for MAN ERF trucks and buses.

MAN ERF, Trafford Park

The project involved the demolition of an existing 100,000 sq. ft. building. Crushed material from the demolition was utilised in the foundations. Additional remediation and remodelling of the site involved excavation and removal of iron ore.

Construction of the steel-frame structure, plus internal fit out, was completed in under 12 months. Additional works involved the external service yard and infrastructure works to ensure ease of access for visiting HGVs.
