Russell WBHO’s Trafford 150 project continues to achieve significant milestones as it progresses towards completion. Located in Manchester’s Trafford Park, the 150,000 sq ft industrial unit is on track for unveiling in Q4 of 2024.
So far, the site has undergone extensive ground remediation and stabilisation works, and the installation of Vibro Stone Columns and concrete bases. In addition to this, a 947m3 attenuation tank has been successfully installed.
Recent weeks have seen great progress, with the completion of steel erection and installation of pre-cast elements such as stairs, lift shaft and a 13-bay dock level, complete with wing walls.
Focus has now shifted to the ongoing cladding, roofing and drainage works.
The project will achieve BREEAM Excellent rating.
In addition to progress on BREEAM, the project has also excelled in the Considerate Constructors Scheme, achieving a score of “Excellent – 43/45”.
