The Challenge

Construction of a 120,000 sq. ft. cold store for Yearsley Group, the UK’s largest cold storage and distribution provider, to support the firm’s North East network.

Yearsley, Seaham

A modern cold storage facility including blast freezer, conveyor system and 20,000 pallet mobile racking.

The store has 19m eaves, with automotive docking facilities.
