The Challenge

Global parts distributor Interpart has doubled the size of its Sharston distribution facility following a £650,000 extension. The firm, which imports and exports parts for JCB machinery, is also set to invest in £1million worth of additional stock to expand the range.

Description of Works

Complete demolition of existing adjacent buildings and hardstandings.

Erect new Steel frame extension to existing Interpart warehouse.

Demolish existing gable and tie in to existing warehouse, inclusive of additional steel for snowloading.

New cladding, windows and sectional doors to be installed

Concrete external service yard to the front with a mixture of fencing and retractable bollards to provide security.
