The NWCH this week announced the latest iteration of its High Value Construction Framework will be launched in January 2023.

It has been procured to deliver projects across two lots: Lot 1 – £8m – £25m and Lot 2 – £25m +.

Approximately 20 bids were submitted and, after a thorough compliant evaluation process, eight construction partners have been appointed to the new framework in December 2022.

The successful contractors are as follows:

“We would also like to personally thank all other contractors for their participation in the Tender process for the 4th generation of the High Value Construction Framework and wish them well for future procurement.

“The NWCH procurement process is always a very rigorous process ensuring quality and cost effective frameworks that comply with procurement rules, focusing on achieving best value for its clients and projects through transparent and sustainable procurement, creating long-term relationships between clients, professionals and contractors with shared objectives and common core values.

“We are aware that a number of clients eagerly await the news to kick start many of their projects.“

Clients using the framework are extensive and including local authorities, housing associations, education establishments and blue light organisations This framework is for a duration of four years and commences on 1 January 2023.
