Individuals and project teams were singled out for praise at the annual celebration event.
Awards were handed to members of staff who were judged to have exceeded ‘best practice’ guidelines for health and safety and environmental matters on site, promoting high standards on their projects, sharing latest knowledge and supporting company initiatives.
Winners received thanks directly from joint managing directors Andrew and Gareth Russell, along with a bottle of champagne to celebrate.
Gareth said: “Health and safety is the single most important aspect of any construction project, and its proper implementation is crucial to the successful delivery of any scheme. As a company we have exceedingly high standards and have achieved numerous industry accreditations, for which it is vital we have employee buy in and support.
“These awards recognise the great efforts the whole team makes to ensuring sites achieve excellence in Health and Safety, and to thank those individuals who make a standout contribution to performance. Congratulations to all those who were nominated, and thanks to everyone involved.”
