Our training scheme combines learning on the job while doing one day a week at the University of Salford on a fully-funded five-year degree.
But what does that look like day-to-day?
Who better to explain than two of our Building Students themselves, First Year Grace and Second Year Kieran.
Both have worked on the Oxygen project, the £80m 33-storey tower in Manchester’s Ancoats, while Kieran has also been part of the NOMA delivery team.
Grace talks to us from the Oxygen show apartment about making the transition from school to a full time job, finding the team friendlier than she had anticipated, and loving her site visits.
Meanwhile Kieran, interviewed from the iconic music hall at NOMA’s New Century, tells us more about what the programme entails and the tie-in with the University of Salford.
If you want to become one of our Building Student trainees keep an eye out for applications opening in October 2022. Details will be shared on our website and social media channels.
