The Challenge

A six-storey, 107-bedroom Premier Inn hotel located on Springfield Avenue in Harrogate, is directly linked to the Harrogate International Conference Centre. The Premier Inn is finished in local York Stone, in-keeping with the historic spa town’s vernacular.

  • Six-storey
  • 107-bedroom hotel
  • Basement foundation insitu concrete to metal deck, with concrete above this level, sat on a steel frame
  • Outer envelope with curtain walling entrance
  • Bathroom pods to all rooms, full internal fit out
