Russell WBHO is carrying out major works to improve the thermal efficiency of the 330,000 sq ft leading retail and leisure destination

The upgrades include infilling the cladding to prevent heat loss and installing new curtain wall doors to the link bridge

New heating systems will also be introduced to lobbies serving the car park, Metrolink and link bridge

This has allowed us to develop targeted upgrades to reduce air leakage and mitigate the impact of extreme external temperatures.
