The Challenge
The challenge was to demolish an existing building and develop the new hotel within a very tight site with restricted access within the heart of city centre whilst working around existing tenants and minimising disruption to adjacent businesses.

Motel One
The partial demolition of existing office accommodation with the retention of the historic stone façade maintaining the character of the Cross Street area and the development of a new 6 storey 298 Bedroom Hotel including ancillary spaces, a self contained retail facility and some onsite parking.
