The main challenge of the project was to ensure the driving range and golf shop remained open throughout the construction period. Coordination of operations was vital and communication was key to minimising disruption during the project. Close relationships were built with the managers of the driving range and golf shop and regular co-ordination meetings were held on site.
Plans were also implemented to allow for the maximum number of driving bays to be kept open during the works.
