New build construction of nine high specification luxury apartments within a gated community in Broughton Park, Salford. Arranged around a central courtyard, the contemporary four storey apartment block features a 2,100 sq ft top floor penthouse with balcony.

Construction involved extensive excavation to create an underground parking area, and installation of the automated audio visual pedestrian and vehicle entry system. Internal fit out required management of expert trades to create luxury finishes throughout.

Specification included Seimatic kitchens and provision of smart home technology, and a bespoke designed elevator providing access from the garage to all floors.
