The building is served by mains water and electric, no gas, a joint heating and cooling system will be installed distributed by exposed ducting to the exposed metal decking soffit. The scheme also has a maintenance building to store all Halton Borough’s maintenance equipment, this is again a steel framed building with a cladded roof and walls. The access to the building is off Warrington Rd with an adopted roadway linked to the new housing development. The site has a tarmac carpark serving 91 spaces with 4 disabled parking bays. There is paving to the full perimeter of the office block.
