Refurbish 2 existing office buildings to create one new building and adding additional floors. 9 floors in total comprising of 6 floors of commercial office space, 2 floors of retail/leisure space and a sub-basement car park.

After replacing the previous contractor who had their contract with the client terminated.

The Project to refurbish 2 existing office buildings to create one new building and additional floors was partially complete. Russells undertook various surveys to determine the works still to be completed and un-cover defective works completed by the previous contractor. Logistically difficult site due to working in very constrained city centre site adjacent to the tramline and above the Bank of China.
