Working right up to the site boundaries, with little external space for storage and equipment, construction involved contiguous piling to the perimeter to facilitate a two-storey subterranean car park. The team delivered the scheme using steel frame construction, concrete floors, curtain walling and stone panels.
Internally, the 36,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space benefits from air conditioning throughout, services installed in raised access floors, and a high specification fit out. The only outside space is in the form of a roof top terrace.
