The Challenge

37,300 sq ft unit, comprising 33,425 sq ft of manufacturing space and with 3,875 sq ft of office space

Ford Trust First Parts, Warrington

Ford Trust First Parts

Demolished existing building back to the steel frame and concrete slab

Cut the rafters, extended the steel columns to lift the frame to 8.5m

New cladding, windows, sectional doors and mezzanine floor were installed

New offices and M&E installation
