The building was a dilapidated 24,000 sq. ft industrial building. From the initial concept the cladding and brickworks was removed, to the take the building back to a steel frame.
The existing structure was then extended vertically taking the rafters from a height of 5.0M to 8.5M. The building was also extended with a 10,000 sq. ft extension warehouse space. A new air conditioned external office was constructed on the front elevation. All yards and car parks were taken up, crushed, extended and relaid with new drainage.
