9-storey Multi Storey Car Park with 6-storey Hotel above, covering 1/4 of the car park footprint. Car park is structural steel, with PCC cores and slabs, up to a steel transfer structure. Sitting on top of this is a PCC cross-wall frame forming the hotel. The car park is clad with PCC panels with brick slips cast in. The hotel is clad with an architectural aluminium veil, with curtain walling at the 9th Floor (hotel reception, restaurant, etc.).
We are proud of the fact the project is targeting in excess of 30% betterment to Part L of Building Regulations (The Conservation of Fuel and Power) therefore creating a more energy efficient building.
