The ground floor is predominantly front and back of house for Motel One with StayCity having an entrance lobby and direct and independent lift access to their own 9th floor dedicated reception and other front and back of house facilities. Further lift access is provided to the Stay City apartments above and to the 19th floor. The building will form a key component of the central and prominent St Peters Square area of Manchester that the Manchester City Library and Manchester City Town Hall occupy. The proposed design has been sympathetic to these substantial Manchester landmarks and also the recently completed Number 1 and Number 2 St Peters Square.
