  Russells Construction is set to top out construction of a new residential scheme in the heart of Alderley Edge. Alderley Villas is a development of four large family homes on Trafford Road from Russells’ residential arm, Russell Homes. Two of the properties have been sold off plan, the remaining two are on the market from £685,000.
