Sub-contractors are required to meet strict criteria in health and safety, management standards, and quality. Accounts are held with all the major building material supply companies, which allows for cost-savings through long term relationships and bulk ordering. The Russell WBHO buying department works hard to ensure ‘just in time’ deliveries with supplier performance continually monitored.
Programmes are drawn up in close conjunction with the client and profession team, and are monitored continually by a dedicated project manager to ensure efficiency and both interim targets and completion dates are met.
Client instructions are acted upon immediately with cost implications to budget notified before work commences.
