Russells offers an incredible opportunity for school leavers and non-graduates to get into the industry with its in-house training scheme.
Successful applicants are enrolled onto a fully-funded five-year degree course at the University of Salford in a construction-related degree subject, while also working as part of the Russells team from the firm’s Trafford Park headquarters.
In-house training will supplement the university syllabus and see trainees experience five placements in different areas of the business in the first two years. They will specialise from years three-to-five and qualify in one of a variety of professional roles, before being offered a permanent position as a quantity surveyor, estimator, site engineer or in site management*.
We are actively engaging with schools and colleges in the local area, to encourage young people to consider a career in construction and apply for this programme.
Teachers, parents and careers advisors are welcome to download the flyer and poster below and contact us for more information.
